What is your turnaround time?

This depends on how many badges you are ordering and how busy we are. It is usually between one and two weeks however we can sometimes have your badges posted the same day you order them. It is best to let us know if you have a deadline and we will confirm if we can work within your timeframe.

What size badges do you make?

We have four button sizes, 25mm (1 inch), 38mm (1.5 inch), 55mm (2.25 inch) and 75mm (3 inch).

What size magnets do you make?

We make 25mm (1 inch), 55mm (2.25 inch) and 75mm (3 inch) magnets.

Can I pick my order up?

All our custom and website orders are made in Melbourne. Pick up is available from Richmond by appointment.

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order if you are ordering badges from our retail collections.

Our minimum order for custom badges is 25 per design.

Do you charge more for multiple designs?

No, we only require that you order at least 25 of each design, therefore 100 badges of one design will cost the same as 50 each of two designs.

How can I pay for my order?

You can transfer payment into our bank account or pay via PayPal or cheque.

When do you require payment?

We generally require payment before your badges go into production. If you require payment terms please let us know and we will try to accomodate you.

Do you charge artwork set up fees if I send a design?

No. We will set the artwork up free of charge and send a 3D mock up of the design for your approval.

Can you do my artwork for me?

Yes. If you are after a very simple text design with no images we will do the first version of the design for free. If you require changes there may be fees involved but we will always let you know in advance. If you require a design invoolving images please describe it to us and we will give you an artwork quote.

Do you make one off design badges and magnets to a template?

We often make one off badges to a template, for example name badges for weddings. As these designs are all different quotes are made on a job by job basis.

Do your retail badges cost the same as custom badges?

Yes.

If I order the retail designs on the website what size badges will I get?

You will get 1 inch badges. If you would like to order our designs in a different size please contact us.

We want to sell your badges. Can you make an order of badges that will sell well if we tell you how many we would like?

Yes. Many of our stockists just let us know how many badges they would like and a brief description of what has been selling well for them lately. We are happy to use our sales statistics to compile an order we are confident will sell well for you. Be sure to let us know any demographic information you have about your customers or anything else you think will be useful.
